MSC Cruises Latest Updates: Non SADC passport holders now require a Mozambique Visa

We have been advised by MSC Cruises that the Head of Immigration and Maputo Tourism Authority have confirmed the following with immediate effect:

• MSC Cruises passengers are no longer required to obtain a VISA prior to embarkation
• MSC Cruises Immigration Purser will assist non South African passport that require VISA
• Mozambique Immigration Officer will issue a manual VISA on board
• This is a non-biometric visa
• This visa is ONLY valid for daily disembarkation at Mozambique ports of call for the day
• May not be used for pre or post cruise travel in Mozambique
• VISA cost: U$D50.00 payable on board
• VISA will be valid for 2 entries
